What is Kettlebell Training?
It’s basically an exercise using a kettlebell; a large round piece of iron that has an iron handle welded into it. There are various kinds of exercises to do using the kettlebell.

One of the kettlebell exercises is KettlebellSnatch.
It’s obviously an exercise that can be performed by picking up the kettlebell, swinging it between the legs, and then using the momentum to swing it up over the head.
