You can do this circuit right in your living room. 30 minutes or less workout. conceptdynamic.com Equipment you’ll need are: Kettlebell/s Heavybag Ab Wheel It should take you about 15-30 minutes to complete. Depending on your conditioning. Rules: 5 exercises = 1 set 3-5 sets No rest between exercises 1-2 min rest between sets Exercises: Kettlebell Snatch (10x each arm) Lateral Jumps (20x total) Heavy Bag Lifts (5x each shoulder/10x total) Knee on Bag Ground-n-Pound (30-60 sec) Ab Wheel (10-15x)
