My main KB for snatches is 24kg at the moment. After the main set, I do some heavier snatches (to get used to the next weight up) and swings. Really heavy swings (40 and 64kg) are done for low reps. kettlebell-fitness.dk

This circuit is designed for anaerobic heaven. You’re going to miss your breath. You’re going to want to quit The goal of this circuit is to not only push the body to its maximum limits, but to develop your mental toughness. And, it will help burn plenty of fat in the process. This workout can be modified for less advanced trainees . If you cannot do this circuit with the exact weight, and exact exercises, Modify!! If you can’t snatch 2 kettlebells, start with one and split up the reps. Pistol squats are not working? Use something you can grab on too for assistance or squat forward on one leg leading with your hands to the floor. Start with supine rows if pull ups are too difficult. Begin with standard push ups or clap push ups. Total time for this workout was: 15:59 Youtube made me split the video
