Here it is. The ultimate kettlebell challenge. See if you have what it takes to make it through this hellish, unrelenting, 300+ rep workout! The goal of this workout is to get all of your reps done, in the least amount of time as possible. There are four circuits. Each circuit consists of 5 exercises, each to be performed for 15 repetitions. Do not rest between exercises, and rest less than 3 minutes between circuits. This is me doing a kettlebell and Tai Chi workout demo. I am using very basic kettlebell exercises mostly the ones taught in the beginner classes but I never stop moving so the heart rate stays elevated and I am getting a good cardio workout. Also notice how the Ta Chi cool down allows for great contrast to the hard fast kettlebells training. Tai chi is allowing the chi(energy) to circulate while the muscles relax and begins the Active Recovery process right away.
